A Bachelor’s degree, or Master's degree, from a recognized institution is required for admission to a master’s or doctoral program, respectively.
For an applicant to a master’s program or to a doctoral degree program, should have an undergraduate Grade-Point-Average (GPA) OF 2.00 or better, and for an applicant to a doctoral program, a GPA of 1.75 or better in master’s program; or some evidence of potential ability to pursue a graduate degree, e.g., excellent performance in teaching or research, etc.
Evidence of suitable background or its equivalent in the field of study sought.
The above criteria shall be enforced through (a) examination/evaluation of scholastic credentials, (b) recommendation from two former professors and/or distinguished authorities in the field/discipline sought, (c) character reference, (d) personal interview, (e) admission test, and (f) concept paper of the possible research topic or any appropriate means.
Applicants must submit all required credentials to the Program Coordinator/Adviser in the Department at least 2 weeks before enrollment. Credentials are evaluated by the Program Coordinator/Adviser and are endorsed to the college/center for further appraisal and approval.

[Submit online by uploading] the admission forms, transcript of records, personal statement, and the recommendation forms.
Submit physical copies of the Recommendation Forms (from 2 references) to the SIS Office(depends on what program applied).
Receives the physical copies of the 2 sealed envelopes containing the recommendations
Reviews the application papers submitted
This may take about 1 week, depending on the availability of the reviewer, and the signatories.
